ORE rounds last about a minute. Start a fresh review; EdgeORE never resends a signed transaction. |

EdgeORE checks chain state after a restart and never resends. The operation stays visible until the chain reports it. |
| Transfers disabled |
The operation store is damaged or a write failed. Restart EdgeORE; it will not treat a damaged store as empty. |
