EdgeORE Terms of Use

Effective 13 October 2026 · applies to EdgeORE for Android (com.edgeore.app), hackathon build 0.1.0-clockin.

By installing or using EdgeORE you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What EdgeORE is

EdgeORE is a non-custodial Android client for the ORE v3 program on Solana. It shows public ORE board data and helps you build ORE deploys and devnet SOL transfers. You review each one before your own wallet signs it. EdgeORE never holds your private keys or your funds, and cannot move funds without your signature.

2. Your responsibilities

• You control your wallet and keys. EdgeORE cannot recover lost keys or reverse a transaction.
• Read the exact-message review before you approve. Each transaction needs your approval in your wallet and a separate submit.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including tax rules.

3. Mainnet risk

• Mainnet ORE deploy is opt-in. Select Mainnet and tick the risk confirmation before you can review a deploy.
• A mainnet deploy spends real SOL. That SOL may be lost entirely.
• EdgeORE caps each mainnet deploy at 0.01 SOL. The cap limits a single deploy; it does not make deploying safe.
• Network fees apply and are not refundable.
• Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed.

4. No rewards or income promised

• EdgeORE does not promise, guarantee or estimate any reward, return, income or profit. ORE outcomes are decided by the ORE protocol, not by EdgeORE.
• The daily check-in streak and points are saved on your phone only. They are not a token, have no monetary value, and cannot be claimed or exchanged.
• "$EdgeORE" is a product name, not a token.
• Nothing in the app is financial, investment or tax advice.

5. Hackathon build

• This is a hackathon build (0.1.0-clockin). Features may change or be removed.
• The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Third parties

• EdgeORE relies on third-party services it does not control: your MWA wallet app, the Solana network, public RPC endpoints, and the ORE program by Regolith Labs. Their availability and terms are their own.
• EdgeORE is not affiliated with Regolith Labs or Solana Mobile.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the EdgeORE authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nor are they liable for any loss of SOL, tokens, data or profits arising from your use of the app.

8. Licence

The source code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0 (see LICENSE). These terms govern use of the app.
