Start with a concrete problem.

Connect with Febin Francis on GitHub or LinkedIn and prepare a local collaboration brief for AI infrastructure, research, or open-source work.

For professional discussion, use LinkedIn. For source-specific issues and contributions, use the relevant repository on GitHub. These are public profile links already associated with the portfolio. An email address or telephone number is not invented for this page.

I’m based in Kerala, India, with the timezone IST, UTC+5:30. Availability, response times, pricing, and meeting dates should be agreed directly. This page does not imply a staffed support service or a guaranteed turnaround. The standalone website has no server-side message endpoint and does not collect submissions.

Brief

The brief builder below formats your information locally so you can copy it into your chosen channel. It does not send a message. You can use it for an architecture review, an implementation proposal, a research discussion, or an open-source contribution. Describe the useful outcome before adding every possible feature.

Explain the current system

Name the project and link the repository or documentation. Identify the relevant revision if behavior has changed recently. Explain who operates the system and where it runs. A local prototype, a single organization’s deployment, and a public multitenant service have different acceptance criteria.

Describe the decision

Say what you need to decide or change. Is a mission stuck? Is the deployment state misleading? Is an evidence verifier missing a negative control? Is the website difficult to navigate? Concrete examples make it easier to choose a bounded next step and avoid unrelated redesign work.

Define the outcome

Describe the result that would be useful to you. That may be a reviewed architecture, a working patch, a reproducible test, a runbook, or a source-backed explanation. Name the evidence that would make the result acceptable. If the work must run in a specific environment, include that constraint.

Share constraints safely

Explain constraints such as local-only execution, an existing deployment provider, limited hardware, or an unavailable integration. Share configuration names without sharing credentials. Keep private datasets, tokens, keys, and customer information out of public issues. If a private review is needed, agree on an appropriate channel first.

Good starting points

For a source bug, a minimal reproducer is often the most useful opening. For collaboration, a short project summary and desired outcome are enough to begin. For research, link the question and the smallest experiment that could answer it. For technical writing, identify the audience and what readers should be able to reproduce.

If you are still exploring, begin with selected systems and projects. Those pages connect the portfolio’s engineering interests to actual source repositories. Services describes possible collaboration models, while contributions explains the open-source workflow.

What happens next

A useful follow-up clarifies scope, authority, and acceptance criteria. It should identify the repository where work belongs, the actions permitted, and the evidence expected. A proposal can then be evaluated as a concrete change rather than a collection of broad promises. The initial contact does not authorize access to private systems or automatically commit either party to a delivery date.

This page stays deliberately simple. No tracking script, third-party form embed, or decorative submission confirmation is required for the contact flow. The brief remains on your device until you copy it into the channel you choose. A working copy button makes the intended action clear without pretending that a message has been delivered.
