Evidence cookbook
Documentation scaffold for evidence-driven development. Its current README contains generic examples, placeholder metrics, and placeholder resource links. It is not represented as a completed collection of runnable evidence recipes.
What to inspect
A useful contribution replaces one placeholder with a real source-bound manifest and an independent verification command. Include a tampered-artifact rejection test and explain the expected output. Preserve unknown values rather than filling them with example performance numbers.
